Ashley Madison is “not welcome” in Singapore, said Chan Chun Sing, Singapore’s Minister for MSF. While I am happy that Mr Chan and a few political leaders have expressed disapproval for this website to target Singaporean families, I am not sure whether our Singapore leaders will act so as to prevent Ashley Madison from introducing its concept of operation (to have married personnel having an affair with others). I think if we want to stop websites whose business models are not in keeping with the norms of most Singaporeans, we need to have some good legislations to do so.
