Yoga class

I attended the first yoga class of my life today. I have always seen others practising yoga and heard them extolling the benefits of yoga and hence it is interesting to experience yoga first-handedly.

I am amazed at yoga. With no equipment, one can work out with one's own body and perspire lots! Breathing is a key tenet of yoga and the very basic process and rhythm of inhaling and exhaling is always underrated by many. I have read by practising how to breath (in and out), one can even lose weights!

Yoga is a sports that is harmony with nature. It is a sports using one's body and which benefits the body.
