Is MPH relocating out of Singapore after Borders Bookstore?

MPH will be having its clearance sales yet again at the Expo tomorrow. This is the sales that follows right after a similar MPH clearance sales in August, just last month. I wonder whether MPH is relocating out of Singapore too, like Borders Bookstore?
