I have decided to push myself mentally , emotionally, in terms of character and physically in order to be the Best of a man that I can be. This means to forgo the sufficient number hours of sleep and sustaining on just maximum of 3 to 4 hours a night. Though I am a man who requires 8 to 10 hours of sleep in order to feel refreshed, I feel that I can be able to sustain with just 3 to 4 hours of sleep per night… it is all about adjusting. I believe that in life everything can achievable with determination.
Emotionally, I will need to control my temperament and not to spend additional time on people who do not merit the precious few minutes of my life. Emotions tie in with character and I need to mould myself into a stronger man.
